During checkout, we will submit your dental insurance claim on your behalf to help facilitate timely reimbursement. However, due to updated privacy policies, we are unable to contact your insurer to verify eligibility or coverage before treatment. Insurance benefits are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for all treatment costs, including any amount not covered by your plan.
